Packaging

Veebubs knows how important it is to receive your beautiful gifts in tip top condition, which is why we package them using three different materials;

• Bubble wrap
• Boxes
• Strong Pink Mailing Bags

Unfortunately, we are not in charge of your goods once they leave our hands.

If you receive your goods, and they appear to be damaged through what seems to be a 'packaging fault', please email us pictures of how you received it, and we will resolve this immediately.

If you receive your goods and they appear to be faulty due to 'man handling' from the courier, please contact us, and we will liaise with the courier, as all parcels are sent on an insured basis.

N.B Sometimes things don't always get resolved within the first five minutes, please bear with us and we will push to get problems resolved as quickly as possible.
