Returns

We would love to think that we would never receive a return, as you would be so happy with your purchase! However, we all know as consumers you may need to return goods for the following reasons;

• They are the wrong size
• They are faulty
• Duplicate order
• Wrong item received
• Product not as advertised

If this is the case, we at Veebubs offer the following;

• Replacement
• Refund
• Exchange

If the return is due to the wrong size being ordered/duplicate, then you will be responsible for postage costs. Veebubs does not offer a returns free postage. You will need to ensure you take out insurance if the parcel exceeds the cost of £20. To return a product, please email with the following;

• Product name
• Reason for return
• Whether you want a refund, exchange or replacement.

We will then email you back with a returns number, which MUST be placed inside the package

Failure to do so, will result in no further action being taken to resolve the problem.
